Idea Submissions
- Northrop Grumman does not accept unsolicited communications regarding intellectual property, including ideas, inventions, proposals, technical data, computer software, drawings, trade secrets, or other information or intellectual property of any kind (collectively, “Idea Submissions”).
- Please do not send, disclose, or provide Northrop Grumman with any Idea Submissions in any form.
- If you send Northrop Grumman any Idea Submission, you agree that:
- Northrop Grumman is under no obligation to treat any such Idea Submission as confidential or proprietary, or to provide any attribution or compensation to you;
- Northrop Grumman is under no restriction on the use, modification, copying, disclosure, publication, and distribution of the Idea Submission, in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any manner;
- Northrop Grumman does not acknowledge or admit that you have any ownership or other rights in the Idea Submission;
- You waive any claim against Northrop Grumman and its customers, suppliers and agents of trade secret rights, patent rights, copyright, moral rights, rights of privacy, and rights of publicity in the Idea Submissions; and
- Northrop Grumman is under no obligation to review, reply or return to you the Idea Submissions.
- Northrop Grumman is under no obligation to treat any such Idea Submission as confidential or proprietary, or to provide any attribution or compensation to you;
