SBIR/STTR

In 1992 Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) was established via the Small Business Technology Transfer Act to facilitate transferring technology through universities into small businesses.
Northrop Grumman aligns technology roadmaps with small businesses to facilitate innovation & technology solutions.
