Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Office is seeking well rounded Corporate Counsel professionals to join our team. We are seeking Corporate Counsel that will provide legal advice, counsel and service to internal business clients concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations. We are looking for legal professionals with a J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school as well as government contracts experience at one or more top law firms, government agencies and/or in-house legal department.

Legal Areas include litigation, intellectual property, exports, contracts, legislative issues, and corporate governance.
