If you have received your verbal offer, you will be asked to complete a few steps within our applicant tracking system, Workday if you have not already. Within Workday, you are required to:

  • Complete the application questionnaire
  • Upload a recent copy of your resume
  • Upload your educational transcripts

These communications will come directly from your assigned recruiter who will reach out to you within 1-2 business days. It is incredibly important that you provide requested documentation in a timely manner. Not receiving the requested information will cause a delay in issuing your written offer. To minimize chances of missing a communication from Northrop Grumman and/or your recruiter, please ensure @ngc.com is added as a trusted source.

Once all completed documents are received, your assigned recruiter will issue you a formal detailed offer via email from Workday for your consideration.
