Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (MS) Sector is looking for you to join our teams as Property and Asset Management Analyst based out of Linthicum, MD. This is an onsite position that offers the 9/80 schedule.
What You'll Get to Do
The Property and Asset Management Analyst will support the Rates and Budgets organization as part of the Capital Administration team, reporting to the Manager, Capital Administration.
The Property and Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for conducting the annual inventory of MS Sector capital assets, maintaining asset disposition/transfer site, submitting asset retirement requests, as well as providing general asset support to the MS Sector and year-end close-out of annual inventory.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure continual accountability of company owned assets
- Conduct annual inventory of company owned capital
- Creating records within the Property Management Database
- Handling asset dispositions, transfers, and location changes
- Conducting property surveillance reviews at Northrop Grumman sites
- Collaborating with Property Focal Points (PFPs) and ES Property Accounting to ensure accountability of assets is maintained.
- Assisting other Capital Administration team members, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with 2 years of professional work experience.
- Strong PC skills - specifically Excel proficiency (including pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting)
- Experience in a customer service environment, interacting with external customers and/or internal company personnel to communicate requirements.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
- US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An understanding of property management administration principles, theories and concepts.
- Experience in property/asset management

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
