Provide mission operations support to a Northrop Grumman Space Satellite program. Work with systems engineers to develop operational documentation for use during on-orbit checkout, commissioning, and long term operation of satellites. Create executable scripts and associated procedures. Conduct testing using simulators and resolve discrepancies. Support system development activities such as requirements management, architecture development, integration and test and formal program milestones. Interface with program and customer personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
• Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) from an accredited institution.
• Be majoring in or having majored in STEM degree
• Be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or higher
• Prior experience conducting on-orbit mission operations
• Existing TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
