Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. This position will be supporting the Propulsion Systems Division at our facility located in our Bacchus Utah campus.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieve material-related program objectives (cost, schedule, quality), while managing material risks and opportunities.
Ensure program budget, materials availability, and quality objectives are met by managing inventory levels and projected inventory demand by working with the manufacturing and engineering.
Develop and communicate material planning and acquisition objectives and strategies.
Analyze and manage material risks and obsolescence
Track and forecast in support of program financial objectives (budget performance, sales and EBIT)
Identify and promptly communicate all inventory deficiencies and deviations from plan and manage actions required to correct them.
Basic Qualifications:
This position may be filled at a level 02 or level 03
Basic Qualifications for a level 02:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 2 years of relevant experience or a master's degree from an accredited university
This position may be filled with experience in lieu of education requiring 6 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience
Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP system
MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Basic Qualifications for a level 03:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 5 years of relevant experience or a master's degree from an accredited university with 3 years of relevant experience
This position may be filled with experience in lieu of education requiring 9 or more years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience
Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP system
MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in Aerospace & Defense
Prior work experience with Deltek Costpoint
Bachelor’s in related field
