Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst role to support the S4/HANA PLMSI, which is the new system integration between Seimens PLM and SAP.
This role is not location specific and may be performed virtually.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee development, delivery, and sustainment of Siemens/SAP PLMSI integrations between various NGC PLM Systems and SAP S/4 and PEO.
- Support a diverse, cross-sector, cross-functional team of technical and business experts and end users.
- Collaborate, define, and deliver technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational goals and objectives.
- Execute interface development and troubleshooting, enhancement development and testing, business process improvements, and regression testing and validation.
- Provide SAP configuration support and oversee overall Configuration Management.
- Create and maintain formal Interface documentation including functional specifications, workflows, and data maps.
- Oversee development and tracking of system roadmaps and schedules to meet short and long-term strategic execution plans to meet critical milestones.
- Provide routine status, which may include, Executive briefings.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Computer Technology, or equivalent field with 10+ years of related experience.
- Broad understanding of ERP technical principles, theories, and concepts, along with a general knowledge of interrelated disciplines.
- Ability to perform work in a virtual environment.
- Self-starter, with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and expertise in Siemens PLM systems, domain models and workflows.
- Experience and expertise in legacy SAP ERP systems with a general understanding of SAP S/4 and PEO.
- Experience in systems architecture development, specifically integration between Siemens PLM, SAP ERP and MES.
- SAP configuration knowledge and experience.
- Experience leading integration projects / efforts.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
