Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst--Active Secret Clearance Required

Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector is looking for a Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Analyst. This is an opportunity for an Application Analyst/Systems Integration professional who is an energetic, self-starter with knowledge and experience in converting requirements into systems/business process solutions.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

• Acting as a consultant between the customer and technical community in support of GSC, Quality and Manufacturing business processes
• Delivering aspects of reporting and analytic deliverables for projects on the 1ERP SAP S/4 HANA platform
• Supporting our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives

This position will offer a hybrid of telework and onsite presence, however eligible candidates must be local to one of our offices in:

• El Segundo, CA
• Redondo Beach, CA
• Palmdale, CA
• Melbourne, FL

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field and 9 years of experience; a Master’s degree in STEM or related field and 3 years’ experience.  In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, one year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of the 4 years of education
• Must hold an active Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SAR security clearance, as necessary per business requirements
• Functional/business process knowledge or expertise spanning MRP, procurement, shopfloor, and reporting/analytics activities
• Leads recurring/existing customer base and new project initiatives
• Experience in aspects of project management
• Be local to and able to go on site at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA; Redondo Beach, CA; Palmdale, CA; Melbourne, FL

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with software development, software integration, implementation delivery of SAP/SmartMES/Hana products in our NG environment
• Familiarity with Safe/Agile Experience with SAP/1ERP application implementation efforts.  Data integration background
• Excellent leadership characteristics
• Demonstrated experience presenting to leadership or government customer
• Experience supervising or leading cross functional teams/IPT’s and/or individuals
• Demonstrated experience presenting and working with all levels of the organization from individual contributor to IPT leadership to program leadership
• BOM Development/Maintenance, SAP/ MRP, Inventory Management, and Quality Management knowledge and proficiency
