Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Receiving Logistics Coordinator to join our Sustainment Production Control Team located in Elkridge, MD.
 

The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver. You will support the Troy Hill Sustainment program team receiving customer furnished material into our ERP system. You will work closely with Operations Program Management, Production Control, Government Property Management, Quality, and Supervision, executing receipts, troubleshooting issues, and improving processes.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Execute receiving activities for Sustainment programs performing visual review of hardware, reviewing customer paperwork for pertinent information and data entry into ERP system creating record of receipt

• Maintains safe, efficient, and tidy Receiving area ensuring all safety, FOD, and ESD requirements are met to AS9100 standards

• Collaborate with multiple functions within the Troy Hill Sustainment team as well as other Northrop Grumman locations for the smooth flow of materials, parts, and assemblies

• Uses knowledge of receiving, procurement, and quality departments to alert proper authorities regarding potential problems and appropriate remedial action

• Maintain receipt records ensuring traceability of product entering Northrop Grumman facility

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent GED with experience working in Inventory, Receiving, Manufacturing, Production Control or Logistics Environments

• Ability to Lift 30-50 lbs. hardware

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Level Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of experience in Production Control or Receiving

• Experience in SAP ERP System

• Experience in GOLD Government Tracking System

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree
