Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking a Project Management Analyst to work in our Facilities, Maintenance, Transportation and Tooling group providing support to the Promontory campus near Corinne Utah.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversees and manages operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between all stakeholders in project and the Tooling and Facility Engineering Organization.
Review status of projects, budget, scope, and schedule and prepare various reports. Serve as the Control Account Manager for multiple projects and operate with in an earned value environment.
Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for the intervention and problem solving with applicable stakeholders
Competencies for Success:
Ability to gather data, analyze, and produce meaningful results tied to company goals.
Incumbent will be able to contribute to predictive maintenance analytics.
Must interact well with Value Stream leaders and support personnel across all three campuses.
Must be able to contribute to process flow mapping and identify efficiency opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
This position can be filled at either a level 03 or level 04
Basic Qualifications for a level 03:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, or 3 years with Masters degree.
Basic Qualifications for a level 04:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline
Minimum 8+ years of related work experience, or 6 years with Masters degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in analytics, weapons management, program/project management, customer interaction.
