As an Industrial Security Analyst, your role at our Palmdale, California facility will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security.
Roles and Responsibilities: Serves as part of the Company Security Team assisting in performing badging and administrative duties in support of site operations as well as acting as the focal for the shredding vendor, while working in a high operational tempo environment. Additional duties may include assisting in conducting security education briefings, security audits, and investigate site security infractions.
Associate Industrial Security Analyst Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree with 0 years of experience or an additional 4 years of security or related administrative experience will be considered in-lieu of a degree
Candidate must have the ability to obtain an "Active" U.S Government security clearance at the Secret level
Familiarity with NISPOM Rule
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently to identify, assess & resolve unique security situations
Ability to excel in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Highly proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
