Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager - Manager Level 2, to join our Strategic Space Systems team in Redondo Beach, CA. In this job, you will:
- Be responsible for all aspects of the portfolio’s security program including, maintain the physical security integrity and accreditation of multiple SCIFs
- Conduct periodic self-inspections and participate in Government compliance inspections
- Provide advice and counsel on security matters/activities that affect programs
- Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports and take remedial actions, as necessary
- Understand IC, DoD and other government policy and directives to be able to apply solutions to complex tasks/challenges/assignments
- Participate in and brief security updates at staff and customer meetings, conduct security briefings and training
- Maintain regular interaction with customer personnel, program managers and staff, and program team members.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
- Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Previous management experience
- Requires an active U.S. Government DoD Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior compartmentalized security (SAP or SCI) experience
- CDSE Industrial Security Training - FSO for Possessing Facilities, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc
- Experience leading or mentoring other personnel in a team environment.
- Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- OPSEC program experience
- Computer and desktop office software products experience.
- Classification review experience
