Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector (NGAS) has an opening for a Principal Industrial Security Analyst (ISA3) – Enterprise Security Support/ ACPSO to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Security organization. This leadership role is located at Melbourne Florida.
The Principal Industrial Security Analyst (ISA3) – Enterprise Security Support/ ACPSO will have the responsibility of developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment., which will include the following responsibilities:
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies
- Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials
- Conducts security education classes and oversees security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken
- Manage program security compliance and operations across multiple functions- PHYSEC, COMSEC, PERSEC, Investigations and Document Control Management

Basic Qualifications:
5 years of Industrial Security experience with a Bachelors Degree; 3 years with Masters; 1 year with PhD OR an additional 4 years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Must have Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance current within 6 years
Experience with DoD Manual 5205.07 and ICD-705
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SAP access. Knowledge and familiarity with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), as well as DoD Manuals, and other US Government security manuals.
Excellent leadership, writing and organization skills, enabling effective communications with team members, fellow employees and government officials
Experience with Supply Chain Security process and procedures
Extensive background in classified programs and thorough understanding of government security regulations
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal oversight
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables
Hands on, self-starting, disciplined and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
