Northrop Grumman is seeking a Physical Security Specialist – ISA2/3 to join the Security Operations team. Daily duties will include programming, troubleshooting, and running reports for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), alarm monitoring software and various Camera systems. Additional duties will include identifying and implementing technical solutions for these various systems. Technical Evaluations of submitted quotes. Scheduling and managing security vendors for small scale projects. Performing/verifying final acceptance testing with security vendors.
Also included will be the review and completion of physical security requirements and assessments as they pertain to Northrop Grumman facilities.
This position can be filled at either a level 2 or level 3.
Basic Qualifications Industrial Security Analyst 2:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of security experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
2+ year's experience working with intrusion detection systems, physical access control systems, and video systems.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; including MS Word, MS EXCEL, Teams and/or MS Project.
Basic Qualifications Industrial Security Analyst 3:
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of security experience or 3+ years with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret Clearance.
5+ years experience working with intrusion detection systems, physical access control systems, and video systems.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; including MS Word, MS EXCEL, Teams and/or MS Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
Secret Clearance.
Experience working with DMP, Lenel, MasterMind and digital cameras systems.
2+ years experience working with and/or programming Lenel OnGuard and digital camera systems.
Experience providing technical guidance to security technicians for troubleshooting IDS, ACS and digital video systems.
Troubleshooting physical access control systems.
Knowledgeable with all physical security requirements within UL 2050, NISPOM and ICD 705.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
