Bio

Agartha Larbi is vice president, Global Corporate Responsibility for Northrop Grumman, a company that has a long-standing commitment to a culture of inclusion and belonging and strives to make a difference in every community where it does business and beyond.

In this role, Larbi leads the Northrop Grumman corporate citizenship, employee volunteerism, inclusion and belonging, and culture initiatives. She also serves as president of the Northrop Grumman Foundation, leading philanthropic activities focused on building meaningful partnerships that transform our communities with a core focus on creating access to the tech workforce and responding to natural disasters.

Larbi previously served as senior director, Human Resources for the Operations, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing organization within Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems sector, overseeing talent strategy and support for key business transformation initiatives for over 9,000 Mission Systems Operations employees across the U.S.

Larbi has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, with 18 years at Northrop Grumman. Her experience encompasses talent development, international HR, talent acquisition as well as profit and loss business areas and functional organizations. Prior to Northrop Grumman, Larbi held Human Resources roles with STIHL and the Institute for Defense Analyses.

She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from George Mason University in Virginia.
