Bruce Stephenson is vice president of corporate strategy and technology for Northrop Grumman.
In this role, Stephenson is responsible for collaborating with the leadership team to develop and refine the enterprise strategy, enable adoption of differentiating technologies across the enterprise, engage in strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions, and drive strategy to action.
Bio
Prior to joining Northrop Grumman in 2024, Stephenson served as senior vice president of corporate strategy and special projects for Leidos. Prior to this, he was the chief strategy and corporate development officer for Maxar Technologies, and a partner at Bain & Company, where he worked with clients to develop corporate and business unit strategies, improve operational performance and engage in mergers and acquisitions.
Stephenson served in the U.S. Air Force and Air Force Reserve in a variety of space operations, acquisition, policy and technology development roles.
Stephenson earned a bachelor’s degree in computer studies and economics from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in applied economics from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
