We Couldn’t Do This Alone
Realizing there’s no one company that fits everyone’s needs, and to give our candidates the best chance to find a great job opportunity, we established the Operation IMPACT Network of Champions (NoC). This group of private sector employers, nonprofit organizations and federal agencies shares the same commitment to supporting veterans as we do here at Northrop Grumman. Established in 2009, the NoC is a forum to:
- Provide a wider network for employment opportunities for candidates.
- Build community partnerships.
- Share information on various outreach activities.
- Leverage best practices.
- Assist in identifying employment opportunities if Operation IMPACT is unable to match skills or geographic preference within Northrop Grumman.
In addition to employers, we have partnered with nonprofit, federal and educational organizations that serve as resources for our NoC employers and the candidates we serve. These resources provide candidate referrals, as well as education opportunities to both employers and wounded warriors.
There’s no cost to join — just the commitment to think outside the box to create opportunities for the candidates we provide and to share best practices with the other NoC members.
